You can use this form to submit fuel receipts that you have paid for yourself. This is only permitted if the fuel card attached to the vehicle is not working.
- Please provide a description of the circumstances.
- Please also provide the booking number of the trip to which the fuel receipt relates.
- Please attach scans or photos of the receipts. Without these, no reimbursement is possible.
- Be sure to include your bank details to which the reimbursement should be paid.
- In addition, you must send the original fuel receipt to our address: CarSharing Erlangen e.V., Am Tennenbach 6, 91054 Buckenhof, Germany. Without this, no refund will be possible.
- Please use the email address that we can also find in MOQO.
When you submit this form, a special ticket will be generated. We will then check your refund claim and transfer the money to you as soon as we have received the original receipt.
If you have any questions, please always include the ticket number in the subject line, which will be provided in the email you receive after submitting the form.
