Please only use this form if you wish to apply for a trip abroad. For this, you will need proof of insurance and the vehicle registration document, which you will receive from us in person.
Please note: We must receive your application at least 3 business days before the start of your trip. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the documents in time. You will then be traveling at your own risk.
The procedure is as follows:
- Create a booking for your trip abroad in MOQO.
- Fill out the form below and enter the booking ID.
- Tell us the country/countries you want to travel to. Trips abroad are generally only permitted to EU countries.
- A contact person will get in touch with you shortly to arrange an appointment for the handover and return of the documents.
- You will receive the documents at the agreed time and return them in person after your trip as agreed.
- Please be sure to use the email address you used to register with MOQO.
If you have any questions, please always include the ticket number in the subject line, which will be provided in the email you receive after submitting the form.
